Hey, real quick
SlimeSmash is a solo indie game. I'm not a big company — just a developer who made a slime-popping game and wants to be upfront about how it works.
This page explains what data the game uses and why. No hidden stuff, no sketchy tracking. Just the basics needed to make the game run.
What the game collects
Automatically collected
- Device info — phone model and Android version, so the game knows what it's running on
- Game progress — levels, coins, achievements
- Crash logs & Diagnostics — technical data about app crashes and performance (via Firebase Crashlytics) so I can fix bugs
- Play patterns — session length and which features you use, to help improve the game
Why it's collected
- To save your progress and sync it across devices
- To make leaderboards and achievements work
- To fix bugs when the game crashes
- To understand what's fun so I can improve the game
- To push game updates without you needing to re-download
Services the game uses

Analytics & Google Signals
SlimeSmash uses Firebase Analytics to understand how players interact with the game and improve the experience.
This may include Google Signals, a feature provided by Google that allows aggregated data from users who are signed into their Google accounts and have enabled Ads Personalisation to be associated with gameplay data.
- This may provide insights such as general demographics and interests.
- All data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
- No personal information such as your name, email, or exact identity is collected.
Advertising
SlimeSmash may display advertisements through Google AdMob to help support development of the game.
- Ads may use and share a device Advertising ID with third-party providers to show relevant advertisements.
- Where required by law, you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown.
- You can reset or disable the Advertising ID in your device settings.
Notifications
The game can send push notifications like daily reward reminders. You can turn these off anytime in your phone's notification settings.
Data security
Reasonable security measures are used to protect player data. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Want your data deleted?
Easy — use Settings → Delete Account in the game, or send me an email to request deletion. I'll delete everything within 7 days.
Just know it's permanent — progress, coins, and achievements can't come back after that.
Kids
SlimeSmash is designed for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete such information from our servers.
