Delete your account
How to delete your account and data.
You can delete your account and data in the game or by email.
In the game
Go to Settings, then Delete Account.
Since 2.0 the game deletes your cloud save and account first, and wipes local data only after that succeeds. If it fails, or you are offline, nothing is lost and you can try again. Your leaderboard name and score are not removed when you delete your account.
By email
Email Slimesmash.support@gmail.com with Data Deletion Request in the subject line.
We process deletion requests in a timely manner, typically within 30 days. We delete the SlimeSmash data we control, except data that third-party providers must keep or that the law requires us to keep.
This is permanent. Progress, coins and achievements cannot come back afterwards.
