Casual Mode
Endless waves with no timer. Three hearts, rising speed, and a leaderboard.
Casual Mode is an endless wave survival mode with no timer and no target score. You clear each wave of slimes. Let a good slime expire and you lose a heart. Lose all three and the run ends.
Unlocking
Casual Mode unlocks when you reach Adventure level 5 (clear level 4). The lock screen shows a progress bar toward it.
Waves
- Wave 1 has 4 slimes. Each next wave adds 2 more (wave 10 has 22).
- Slimes spawn every 0.5 seconds at first. The delay shrinks by 0.01 s per wave, down to a minimum of 0.15 s at wave 36.
- You must pop every slime to clear the wave. A 1.5-second break follows.
- Every slime lives 5 seconds. Anything good that expires costs a heart.
- After a heart is lost, you are invulnerable for 1.5 seconds.
- The wave road on screen shows 30 waves, and the game continues past them.
Full numbers are in the wave table.
Slimes in Casual Mode
Normal 50%, Shield 15%, Ghost 10%, Mirror 8%, Blind 7%, Slow-Mo 7%, Heart 3%. There are no bad slimes. The annoying ones (Mirror, Blind, Ghost) mess with your view instead.
Rewards and records
- 10 coins for every wave you complete.
- Beating your best wave shows NEW RECORD! and gives a 100-coin bonus.
- Coins are paid when the run ends.
- Your best wave is sent to the online leaderboard when you are signed in. See Leaderboards.
Pets
Pets work here, but ability pets have no use limit. Their cooldowns are longer instead. See Pets in endless modes.
Tips
- Keep the screen small: pop old slimes first.
- Equip Guard or Vortex for the high waves.
- Prioritise Heart Slimes when you are on one heart.
