Normal Slime
The basic green slime. One tap, one point in Adventure Mode.
The Normal Slime is the baseline every other slime is measured against. It pops with a single tap and never hurts you.
How it works
- Adventure Mode: each Normal Slime is worth 1 point. It stays on screen for 5 seconds, then disappears. If you miss it, you only lose the chance to score; nothing else happens.
- Casual Mode: it is the most common slime (50% of spawns). Points are not used in Casual Mode. If one expires before you pop it, you lose a heart.
- Defense Mode: it is 40% of spawns. It marches toward your base. If it arrives it breaks your base shield.
- Surf levels: it slides in from the right. If it leaves the left side of the screen you lose 3 seconds and your combo breaks.
Where else you will see it
Normal Slimes also appear as other slimes’ by-products. A Split Slime bursts into four tiny Normal Slimes, and Purify turns bad slimes into Normal Slimes. A popped Shield Slime turns into a Normal-style slime that is worth 2 points.
Spawn odds by mode
| Mode | Chance per spawn |
|---|---|
| Adventure level 1 | 100% |
| Adventure levels 2 to 50 | 100% down to about 53% (see All levels) |
| Casual | 50% |
| Defense | 40% |
Tips
- Never ignore Normal Slimes in favour of a flashy one. Most of your score comes from them.
- Tap the slime nearest the end of its 5-second life first.
