Chain-Reaction Slime

Links every good slime on screen. Pop one linked slime to detonate them all.

The Chain-Reaction Slime replaced the Freeze Slime in v1.2.0. It works in two steps.

How it works

  1. Link: pop the Chain-Reaction Slime. Every good slime on screen gets a pulsing gold outline and becomes linked.
  2. Detonate: pop any linked slime. Every linked slime pops at once.

Each slime in the chain scores its own points, so a full board is a huge payoff.

  • Appears in Adventure Mode from level 42. It is 10% of Defense Mode spawns.
  • The Chain-Reaction Slime itself is worth 1 point and has a short 4-second life.
  • Bad slimes are not linked, so you are safe from them.

Tips

  • After linking, let the board fill with new slimes for a moment before you detonate, but not so long that linked slimes expire.
  • Combine with Mega Combo: link, trigger the multiplier, then detonate.
  • In Defense Mode, detonate when a wave is bunched near your base.
